Official Disclaimer and Apology

It is true that the Temptress has been sailing every week since May 12th, and yet the good-fer-nothing Quartermaster has failed to post in the Logbook at all this year. In order to correct this egregious error, the Quartermaster would like to accept numerous floggings, spankings, and dunkings in order to appease the Crew's fury. In the meantime, read this little update on the big events of the summer so far.

May 12th "Committee Appreciation Night"

The Temptress naturally won the race today.

May 19th

Crew: Cap'n Tom, Dave, Raven.
Weather: Crappy and Cold-- look at the crew's rain gear!
The Temptress has no functioning motor today, so we must leave and dock under sail.The most notable thing about this day was the decision to not raft up because the weather was not raft up type weather, and the disturbing lack of beer drinking!

May 26-"Prom Night"

Crew: Cap'n Tom, Dave, Raven
Notes: None of us dressed up for prom. This was about SAILING dammit! The Temptressed sailed along smoothly and as we passed the finish line, the committee blew the horn. The crew was confused for we thought the route required two laps. "Did we just finish?" "Wait, did we just WIN?" We had to go to the committee boat to clear up the confusion.
And, yes, we WON.
